创建科技成果转化新机制的探讨

针对林业科技工作中存在的主要问题,按照林业科技重点应放在推广上的思路,提出了开展实用科技成果的二次开发;科研立项向推广应用研究倾斜;实行科研与推广全程监督管理;集中财力组织重点攻关;优先发展高新技术应用和专利项目研究,建立省、地、县三级林业科技示范网络;用信息化推动林业科技创新的体系建设等措施。

Discussion on establishing new mechanism for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements

Aiming at the main problems in forestry scientific and technological activities, and following the thought of "Lay the importance on the extension of research achievements", some suggestions ware put forward. Such as making second development to the research achievements; when setting up research projects should tend to extension and application; implementing control to the research and extension;tackling key problems by concentrating funds; giving priority to develop the application of high techniques and the patent projects; establishing a forestry scientific and technological demonstration network on province, district and county levels; promoting development of innovation system of forestry science and technology by modern information technology.
