云木香GAP基地产品及其生长土壤农药残留与重金属的检测

摘    要:采用气相色谱法、原子吸收法、原子荧光光谱法对云南丽江云木香GAP种植基地的云木香及其生长土壤中农药残留与重金属含量作了检测分析和评价。结果表明:丽江云木香产地的土壤及云木香药材中的农药残留和重金属含量均低于国家标准。因此丽江云木香种植基地的土壤和药材均符合中药GAP基地的要求。

Abstract:The pesticide residue and heavy metal content in the products and soils of GAP cultivation of Aucklandia lappa Decne in Lijiang,Yunnan were detected by gas chromatography,atomic Absorption method and atomic fluorescence spectrometry.The results showed that the pesticide residue and heavy metal content in the tested product and soil samples were all under the national standards.So Aucklandia lappa and soil in Lijiang,Yunnan conformed to the requirement of medicinal materials GAP base.
