钾细菌制剂不同剂型对存活菌数的影响

摘    要:用泥炭土、米糠、发酵液、菜园土、锯木屑、蒙脱土分别作吸附剂吸附钾细菌发酵液,进行不同剂型存放试验,结果表明,泥炭剂、米糠剂、菜园土剂存放时间都超过9个月,有实用价值,但综合生态和经济效益,以泥炭最好,成本最低,存放时间约为18个月,钾细菌存活率达92%,短期应用(3个月)也可直接使用发酵液作为最终产品。

Abstract:Peat, rice bran, fermentation broth, vegetable soil, saw dust, montmorillonite were used as adsorbents in an experiment to study the effects of different formulation types for Bacillus mucilaginosus preparations on the survival of the bacterium. The results indicated that preparation formulations with peat, rice bran and garden loam remained good after 9 months' storage. From the perspective of ecological and economic benefits, peat as the adsorbent is recommended for its low cost and the high survival rate of the bacterium, being as high as 92% after 18 months' storage.
