2%武夷菌素水剂防治黄瓜白粉病药效试验

摘    要:目的]明确2%的武夷菌素水剂在黄瓜白粉病上的防治效果。方法]以2%武夷菌素180倍液2、60倍液3、40倍液喷雾为处理,以50%福美双可湿性粉剂500倍液喷雾为常规对照,以清水喷雾为空白对照,施药2次,每次间隔7 d,分别于药前、第1次药后7 d、第2次药后7 d、第2次药后14 d调查黄瓜白粉病的发病情况,并计算防效。结果]2%武夷菌素水剂对黄瓜白粉病有较好的田间防治效果,可有效控制黄瓜白粉病的蔓延;2%武夷菌素水剂各处理均未对黄瓜产生药害,对黄瓜的生长发育无明显影响,且对其他病虫害或有益生物无直接影响;2%武夷菌素水剂260~340倍液喷雾对黄瓜白粉病的防治效果较好,且成本较低。结论]2%武夷菌素水剂是防治黄瓜白粉病的一种有效无公害生物农药,可以在生产上推广使用。

Abstract:Objective] The aim of the study is to reveal the control effect of 2% aqueous solution agent of wuyiencin against cucumber powdery mildew.Method] The 180×,260× and 340× solution of 2% wuyiencin were designed as treatments,meanwhile 500× solution of 50% thiram WP and water were regarded as normal control and blank control,respectively.The drugs were sprayed twice with an interval of 7 d.The incidences of cucumber powdery mildew were investigated before medication,at 7 d after the first spraying,7 d and 14 d after the second spraying for calculating the control effect.Result] 2% aqueous solution agent of wuyiencin preformed well in controlling the cucumber powdery mildew in field and could availably control the spread of cucumber powdery mildew.Meanwhile,2% aqueous solution agent of wuyiencin presented no phytotoxicity on cucumber,no obvious influence on growth and development of cucumber and no direct influence on other pests or beneficial insects.The application of 260~340× solution of 2% wuyiencin could obtain a better result under lower cost.Conclusion] 2% aqueous solution agent of wuyiencin is a pollution-free biological pesticide that could be generalized in production due to its efficient control effect against cucumber powdery mildew.
