| Abstract: | The using status of pesticides in edible fungi production and the research situations of pesticide residues of edible fungi at home and abroad were analyzed.And some measures for controlling and eliminating pesticide residues of edible fungi were proposed.The research provided reference for the safe production of edible fungi and improving the quality of edible fungi products. |
