| 摘 要： | 根据国际上各国制定的病毒类检疫性有害生物的情况,提出我国检疫性病毒类有害生物名单的修订应通过系统分析、风险评估、动态发布、跟踪监测的基本思路,并对名单制定中如何符合惯例又与国际接轨,注重科学性的同时又照顾实用性,以及实施过程中可能出现的问题进行了分析和探讨,为我国新修订检疫性有害生物名单的出台进行了技术上的准备。

| Abstract: | The procedure and step for the amending of the list of quarantine virus-like pests were suggested in this paper,and systematic analysis on virus data,risk assessment on virus of significance,dynamic release of the quarantine pest list and its trace monitoring were emphasized.The problems concerning convention,international rule,scientific significance and practical operation were also discussed.In conclusion,it was the time for us to prepare technically before making the list of quarantine virus-like pests in China. |
