| 摘 要： | 我国前一轮农业增长方式和农业制度创新效力已消耗殆尽,农业制度和农业增长方式又面临创新和完善的必要。把当前农业发展和农民增收放在经济全球化的背景下,提出了重点通过农业管理模式、农业组织形式、农业市场运作模式和农户经营模式与经营理念的创新来解决当前农业发展和农民增收问题。

| Abstract: | Since the growth pattern of agricuture in the last round is no longer practical and the innovational effectiveness of the existing agricultural system is exhausted, both the system and pattern need innovating and improving. In light of the above mentioned fact, considering the development of agriculture and increase of farmers'income under the background of globalization of economy, this paper holds that the problems in developing agriculture and increasing farmers' income could only be solved through innovation of the managing mode, organizing form, marketing mode of agriculture and the operating mode and idea of farm households. |
