b型流感嗜血杆菌荚膜多糖纯化方法的优化

摘    要:对b型流感嗜血杆茵荚膜多糖纯化工艺中冷酚抽提次数、沉淀核酸的乙醇浓度、沉淀糖精的乙醇浓度进行研究.结果表明,最佳纯化工艺为冷酚抽提4次,300 mL/L的乙醇沉淀核酸,650m-L/L的乙醇沉淀糖.所建立的提取纯化工艺提取的荚膜多糖纯度高,各项指标能够达到WHO的规程要求.

Abstract:Cool penaol extraction times,ethanol concentration for precipitating nucleic acid and polysaccharide of purification conditions were studied in the article.The results showed that cold phenol extracting 4 times,300 mL/L ehanol precipitating nucleic acid and 650 mL/L ethanol precipitating polysaccharide,respectively,were the optimal conditions,suitable for purification of Haemophilus influenzae type b capsular polysaccharide.The capsular polysaccharide purified accroding to the above conditions had high puri...
