高职院校大学生身心健康状况调查与分析

采用自评抑郁量表(SDS)对1274名大学生(年龄14~25岁)进行心理健康问卷调查与分析。在被调查的1274名大学生中有焦虑症状的占21.59%,其总分标准分均高于全国常模(P<0.01),其危害程度与性别、年级、所学专业、是否独生子女、家庭结构、专业兴趣、身体状况及父母的文化程度有关(P<0.05)。高校大学生心理健康问题较为普遍,学校应加强对大学生的心理健康知识教育,搞好心理咨询服务。

Study on mental health status of vocational college student

1274 university students(14～25 years)were tested by SDS.21.59% of the 1274 college students have anxiety symptoms,the total score and the standard score are higher than the national norm(P<0.01).The degree is associated with sex,grade,specialty,whether the person is an only child,family environment,interest in the specialty,physical condition,the education or training received by the parents(P<0.05).Various mental health problems exited in lots of students,University should strengthen mental health education and provide psychological counseling for university female students.
