摘    要:主要介绍了2BST-160型播种机性能试验台的总体设计、主要工作总成分析和试验结果。该试验台采用胶带运动系统、自动喷油刮种和基于图像处理分析的粒距检测系统,可实现精密播种机、谷物条播机和播种单体、排种器的播种均匀性试验及其他作业性能试验,具有检测准确、可靠、直观和粒距测量的可溯源性;采用全液压自动控制与十字轴机构实现播种机具在4个方向倾斜11°和高度升降调整模拟坡度播种性能试验;由计算机与PLC系统对执行机构进行实时控制,实现全自控的性能试验,同时也可手动方式进行试验。

Abstract:This paper introduced the general design,mount analysis of the main work and the experimental results of the test-bed of the 2BST-160 sower functions. It adopted belt-movement system, automatic fuel injection & spatula system, universal installation machine and the seeds space examining system based on the technology of imaging processing and analyzing. This test-bed can complete the experiences of precision, corn sower and sower unit, seeding uniformity of precision-meter, which owns the abilities of accuracy, reliably, visualization, and easily tracing to the source of seeding-space. Auto-controlled by hydraulic pressure and by means of cross shaft, the test-bed can lean 11° in four directions and simulate the slope planting through adjustment of its height. Each operation machine of the mount was controlled by the computer and the PLC system in real-time, in this way, the test-bed can control automatically the experiments of sower functions. Meanwhile, the test-bed can also be operated manually.
