摘    要:以乙醇和2种非离子表面活性剂作增溶剂,制备了姜黄素反胶束体系,对姜黄素进行了增溶和稳定性试验.结果表明:在所考察的2种表面活性剂与乙醇的不同配比的反胶束中,对姜黄素增溶最佳配比都是1∶2(表面活性剂:乙醇),而在60℃时,EL-35与乙醇以1:2的配比形成的反胶束对姜黄素的增溶量达到了最大,最大值为34.198 mg·...

Abstract:The reversed micellar system of curcumin was prepared by taking ethanol and two non-ionic surfactants as solubilizers,the influence of ethanol and two surfaces on solubilization and stability enhancement of curcumin was discussed.The study of solubilization found that the best ratio on the solubilization of curcumin was 1∶2(surfactant:ethanol)under the conditions of the two surfactants with different proportions of ethanol in the reversed micelles;however,when EL-35 and ethanol in 1∶2 ratio formed the reverse micelles at 60 ℃,the solubilizing capacity reached a maximum 34.198 mg·g-1.The results of stability study showed that when the mass ratio of surfactants and ethanol was 1∶2 in the reverse micelle system which was formed by EL-35,Tween80 and ethanol,the curcumin in micelles was relatively stable.After a month,the survival rate of curcumin were 64.69 % and 68.82 % under the dark conditions.
