龙陵县高海拔地区旱冬瓜优良家系的早期选择

摘    要:通过对旱冬瓜87个家系和当地商品种在龙陵县高海拔地区栽培试验,对其苗高、地径生长量及造林后18个月幼林的树高、胸径生长量的测定与分析。结果表明,(1)所选优树的种子与当地的商品种培育苗木的高、径生长量的差异显著;优良家系苗期高于商品种的家系有72个,占参试家系83%;幼林期高于商品种的家系为82个,占94%。(2)在旱冬瓜的家系间存在着丰富的遗传变异,不同家系旱冬瓜在苗期及幼林期的高、径生长上均存在着极显著差异,表明开展旱冬瓜优良家系选择十分必要。(3)综合旱冬瓜苗期和幼林期入选的家系,通过聚类分析,表现较好、性状相对稳定的家系为54、55、63、72、75、78、81、122号,共8个家系,可作为龙陵县高海拔地区当地造林的采种母树。

Abstract:Taking 87 families as the materials,local seeds as the control,cultivation experiments of Alnus nepalensis were conducted at high-alleviated areas of Longling county of Yunnan province.The height and basal diameter of seedlings,height and DBH 18 months after planting were measured and analyzed.The study results are as the following three aspects.1) There were significant differences between the height and diameter growth of tested families and local provenance of Longling,72 of the total 83 provenances with better performance than local provenances.2) The genetic variation among families was very rich,the differences of height and diameter among the tested families were all extremely significant,which verified the necessity of provenance selection.3) Based on the performance of seedling and sapling stage,through cluster analysis,eight families coded 54,55,63,72,75,78,81 and 122 were screened out,could be used as seed collection mother tree using in Alnus nepalensis planting in high-alleviated areas of Longling county.
