摘    要:设计了玉米收获机底盘机架机器人焊接工作站。介绍了其工艺要求,对夹具、变位机等关键部件进行了设计,阐述了其主要功能,分析了可焊率及经济性,并就一些机器人焊接不到的部位进行了介绍。

Abstract:Robot welding workstation of chassis frame for corn harvester was designed.Its technical requirements were introduced.Key components such as fixture and positioner were designed.Main function was expounded.Welding rate and economy were analyzed.At the same time,several kinds of parts that welding was not up to were introduced.
