摘    要:以"津春四号"黄瓜品种为试验材料,应用光学显微镜对高温条件下增施CO2的黄瓜叶片显微结构进行观察.结果表明:高温条件下增施CO2,黄瓜叶片表皮厚度、栅栏组织厚度和叶片厚度增加,栅栏组织与海绵组织的比值增加;栅栏细胞和海绵细胞个数增加, 栅栏细胞变长,排列更加整齐紧密;下表皮细胞长度增加显著,宽度增加程度因不同处理而异.

Abstract:The microstructure of leaves in cucumber treated with CO2 enrichment and high temperature were investigated.It showed that the thickness of epidermis,palisade tissue and leaf increased simultaneously in CO2 enriched leaves,and the ratio of palisade tissue to spongy tissue went up slightly.The number of palisade cells and spongy cells increased with CO2 enrichment.Longer and more tightly arranged palisade cells were observed in leaves with CO2 enrichment.The length of lower epidermis cell increased obviously...
