| 摘 要： | 鹿茸作为哺乳动物唯一能够完全再生的附属器官,近年来对它的研究发展迅速,由于鹿茸生长与肢体发育过程非常相似,人们越来越倾向于以鹿茸再生作为肢体再生研究的模型。介绍了器官再生的研究现状,综述了鹿茸再生的研究进展,展望了鹿茸作为医学模型应用于肢体再生的可能性。

| Abstract: | Regenerative biology and medicine are the hot fields of biology.As the only mammalian appendages that can fully renewal,deer antler is a novel model for regenerative medicine.Because growth of deer antlers resembles the development of mammalian limbs,much more attention has been directed to the research of antler regeneration in recent years.This review introduces the current situation of organic regeneration,summarizes the research of development of antler regeneration,and predicts the potentiality of antler model for mammalian limb regeneration. |
