摘    要:结合局域波理论、图像处理技术和CPN网络模式分类器,提出了一种提取故障特征信息的智能诊断方法。往复式压缩机气缸的振动信号经过局域波算法处理得到局域波时频谱,利用图像分割技术对该时频谱灰度进行有效描述和分析,继而利用CPN网络分类器针对典型故障特征信息进行归类。实际应用表明,该方法具有一定的工程实用性。

Abstract:Combining with the local wave method, image processing and CPN classification pattern, a new intelligent diagnosis method on fault information extraction was proposed in this paper. Firstly using the local wave method, the vibration signal from reciprocating compressor was disposed to local wave time-frequency spectra, which was further processed by the image partition method, while the result was set as the input of CPN classification mode. In CPN mode, the terminal was associated with the typical fault character of reciprocating compressor. Application of the method in fault diagnosis on a cylinder of the reciprocating compressor showed it a practicability.
