种蛋孵化期失水率及蛋壳气孔密度与孵化率的关系

摘    要:测定了海佩科和罗斯种蛋孵化期间失水率及蛋壳气孔密度,研究其与出雏之间的关系。结果表明:未出雏的种蛋失水率较高,且蛋重愈大,失水愈多。罗斯科蛋失水率较高。蛋壳气孔密度影响胚胎气体交换,未出雏的死胚蛋壳气孔密度显著较低。

Relationship of Hatchability and the Percentage of Egg Weight Loss and Shell Pore Concentration during Incubation
Abstract:Egg weight loss(EWL) and shell pore concentration (SPG) during incubation in Hypeco and Ross were examined. Results showed that the percentage of unhatching EWL is higher, and the more egg weight, the more weight loss. The percentage of EWL in Ross is higher. SPG affects gas exchange of the embryo. SPG of unhatching egg is significantly lower.
