摘    要:采用土培法,研究了不同浓度的外源铬对2个菜豆品种幼苗生长的影响.试验表明:处理组Ⅲ(15 mg/kg),Ⅳ(25 mg/kg)的外源铬对2个菜豆品种幼苗的株高、叶面积、主根长有显著或极显著的抑制作用.各项指标综合分析表明,特选97-5菜豆比四通2号菜豆对铬敏感.

Abstract:Two kidney bean varieties was treated with different concentration of exogenous Cr solution(0,2,8,15,25 mg/kg)in soil to test the effect of exogenous Cr to the growth of seedling.The results showed that higher level of exogenous Cr solution(15,25 mg/kg)could significantly and highly significantly restrain the seedling height,leaf area and main root length.The integrated index evaluation result showed that the Texuan 97-5 is more sensitive to Cr than Sitong zhao.
