| 摘 要： | 以１ａ生硬枝的饱满的芽作外植体，接种于Ｎ６附加玉米素１ｍｇ／Ｌ的培养基诱导成苗．芽苗切成带腋芽的茎段转入“中华”＋Ⅰ、砂糖２％、琼脂０．７％、ｐＨ５．５的培养基中．每３０－４０ｄ继代一次，在获得大量芽苗后，把其转入Ｎ６附加ＩＢＡ０．４ｍｇ／Ｌ的培养基中生根成苗．健壮的试管苗经炼苗后移植到疏松、肥沃的土壤中并加强管理，成活率一般可达９０％左右．

| Abstract: | The explants, full buds in one-year-shoots,were inoculated on N6 medium added with 1 mg / L Ze, and then induced into shoots. The shoots were cut into shoot segments with axillary bud, and the segments were subcultured on China medium Ⅱ and 2% sugar once every 30-40 days. After a great number of shoots were obtained, they were transferred into N6 medium added with 0. 4 mg/ L for rooting.The plantlets with roots were transplanted into the fertile and looseen soil.The survival rate was about 90% . |
