哈尔滨市道路网可达性分析

可达性指标综合了距离和交通负荷等因素，描述了城市道路网的连接性能。阐述了可达性的概念，以可动性、易达性和通达性三项指标从不同方面描述城市道路网的可达性。对哈尔滨市道路网建设情况及布局情况进行了全面调查，对哈尔滨市城市干道网，已知居民出行机动车OD矩阵和各交通分区间的最短路矩阵，分别求出可达性的各项指标，并对所求结果进行分析，建议今后重点对城市边缘地区进行干道网的规划建设，保证这些地区的可达性，方便城市居民的出行。

Smoothness Analysis for Harbin Urban Road Network

Smoothness integrates distance, traffic burthen and other factors. It depicts connection properties of the urban road network. This paper summarized the definition of smoothness, and described it from different aspects based on the mobility, easy-reach and unblocking. Comprehensive survey was done for Harbin road network construction and distribution condition. For the Harbin artery network, we calculated above three smoothness coefficients of the network based on the vehicle OD matrix and shortest path matrix of traffic zones. With analysis of the result, we suggested that we should lay heavy stress on planning and construction of arteries of the urban edge areas in the future to ensure smoothness and facilitate travel.
