柴油机中冷器的可靠性及其泄漏的故障树分析

摘    要:中冷顺的可靠性直接影响柴油机的正常运行,作者基于指数分布发析中冷器的可靠性模型和确定故障率的方法,利用故障树理论建立了中冷器泄漏的故障树,并推出了了小割集和最小路集。

Abstract:The reliability of intercooler directly affects normal operation of diesel. In fact, if the working time of an intercooler is long enough, the failure must happen because of thermal stress, vibration, corrosion and the like. In the random failure period, the failure rate will not change greatly with the lapse of working time. Besides, there is no redundant in the design of intercooler. According to the theory of reliability, the reliability of intercooler can be described by exponential distribution model. The reliability model of intercooler and the method of determining failure rate based on exponential distribution were analyzed in this paper. Based on the data from both replaceable test ended by fixed number and unreplaceable ones, the estimations of failure rate, the time to fail, the reliability and their confidence limits have been made. The fault tree for intercooler leakage has also been carried out based on FTA theory in which the leakage, vibration, corrosion, stress and fatigue have been considered.
