| Abstract: | The authors first use the grey correlation coefficient to analyse the key factors in insect population dynamics. This method has many advantages: it needs not a great deal of data; the data need not be mormally distributed; and the calulation is rather easy. The key factors determined by the analysis of two life tables is similar with that derived by traditional methods. |
