近10年来榆林市退耕还林(草)效益分析研究——以榆阳区为例

该文以陕西省榆林市榆阳区为例,对退耕还林还草工程给农村带来的经济、社会、生态效益进行了分析,得出退耕还林(草)工程在农村取得了良好的经济和生态效益,在一定程度上达到了双赢的效果。但也带来了一些社会问题,如农村大量剩余劳动力涌入城市、城市就业压力增加、农村出现空心村现象、城镇住宅紧张等,基于此,提出了一些行之有效的对策措施。

Analysis of Benefits of Returning Farmland to Forestland or Grassland in Yulin City in Recent 10 Years: A Case Study of Yuyang District

To take Yuyang district of Yulin city as an example,the paper analyzed the rural economic,social and ecological benefits derived from the project of returning farmland to forestland or grassland.The project achieved good economic and ecological benefits,and obtained a double-win effect to some extent,but it also brought some social problems,such as the influx of a large number of rural surplus labors into the city,the increase of urban employment pressure,appearance of rural hollow village phenomenon,and tight urban residence.Based on these problems,some effective measures were proposed.
