摘    要:以3个不同基因型冬小麦品种为材料,研究了起垄栽培对冬小麦生理特性及子粒蛋白质含量的影响,结果表明,起垄栽培可以提高灌浆初期小麦旗叶及子粒中游离氨基酸含量,提高灌浆后期旗叶硝酸还原酶活性和子粒蛋白质含量,但不同基因型品种之间存在差异。起垄栽培可以显著提高藁麦8901和郑麦975子粒蛋白质含量,而对弱筋品种豫麦50号影响不显著。

Abstract:This study,focus on the changes of physiological characters and grain protein content of different genotypes of winter wheat under the bed-planting (BP) system. Compared with the conventional flat planting (CFP) system, the bed-planting system increased the content of free amino acid in flag leaf and grains at early grain filling period, improved the NR activity in flag leaf during later grain filling period, and increased the grain protein content of some kind of wheat.Distinct differences were found among the three different genotypes,the grain protein content of Gaomai 8901(High gluten wheat)and Zhengmai 975(Medium gluten)can be increased significantly,but not to the weak gluten cultivar yumai50,this might be related to the different changes of the content of free amino acid in grains at later grain filling period.
