| 摘 要： | 为了确定镶嵌组合式窝眼排种轮的型孔形状、引种槽、退种槽和清种板的材质，通过采用筛选后的沪油15种子作为播种对象，经设计和试验得出油菜镶嵌组合式窝眼排种轮型孔的孔径为2．5mm，孔深2．2～2．3mm；引种槽倾斜角10°，槽宽3mm，槽深0．9mm；退种槽倾斜角1．5°，槽宽3mm，槽深0．4mm；清种板采用间隙可调式材质，选用厚3mm的硅橡胶板。播种性能达到国家标准要求。

| Abstract: | In order to determine the shapes(aperture and depth)of the holes on modular mosaic indent seed roller,both lead-in and lead-out grooves,and the material of seed-clearing plate,the selected seeds of the rape cultivar Huyou 15 were used as test ones,and the various designs and comparative tests were carried out.The results showed that the aperture and depth of the holes on modular mosaic indent seed roller were respectively 2.5 mm and 2.2~2.3 mm,the lead-in groove was 3 mm wide and 0.99 mm deep with a dip ang... |
