| 摘 要： | 概述了玉米DUS测试的基本含义、玉米DUS测试指南制定的依据、玉米DUS测试的性状、测试中近似品种的选择、试验设计、试验田的基本要求及性状的观察与判别等基本方法,分析了目前测试中存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策和建议。
