农业科技成果转化现状分析与对策研究

该文针对农业科技成果转化率低的问题,结合农业科技成果自身特点,分析了当前我国农业科技成果现状,从农业科技成果本身存在的内容"小散浅"、重复严重、标准化和简约化程度低、脱离生产实际等问题入手,总结提出了促进农业科技成果转化的"五化"概念,即"完熟化、标准化、集约化、简约化、智能化",为将来农业科技成果的凝练与创新提供了参考目标,对推动农业科技成果的快速转化具有重要意义。

Current Situation Analysis and Countermeasure Research on Agricultural Science and Technology Achievements

In view of the low transformation rate of agricultural science and technology achievements in chi?na,this article analyzed the current situation of agricultural science and technology achievements ,combined with its own characteristics. From its inherent problems,such as the contents of achievements were small, scattered and superficial,some achievements were repeated seriously,low degree of standardization and sim?plification,and some achievements were separated from actual production,we summarized and proposed five concepts of Maturation,Standardization,Intensification,Simplification,Intellectualization in agricultural science and technology achievements for the purpose of promoting its transformation. The five concepts will contrib?ute to the concise,innovation and transformation of agricultural science and technology achievements.
