摘    要:目的:探明种养结合循环利用模式对土壤中氟(F)元素含量的影响。对成都市双流县实施种养结合循环利用模式下土壤中的氟元素含量进行测定,分析该模式对土壤中F元素含量的影响。方法:试验区和对照区均为稻田-油菜土,并采用网格法取点,GPS+MAPGIS定位,设置试验样地与对照样点数分别为47和31个,以每个采样点为中心,采用交叉法采集5个0~20cm耕层土样组成一个混合样,土样混匀后用四分法弃去部分土壤,保留1.5kg装入相应编号的塑料袋中带回实验室。风干过筛后采用氟离子选择电极法测定土壤中氟元素含量,应用SPSS软件进行方差分析。结果:试验区土壤全F含量小于对照样地全F含量(p0.01),降幅达12.9%;试验区土壤F含量的变异程度大于对照区。结论:长期浇灌沼液并施用固体发酵肥能有效降低土壤F含量。

Effect of Planting and Breeding Integrated Recycling Model on Fluorine Element Content in the Soil
Abstract:Objective:The study aims to investigate the effect of planting and breeding integrated recycling model on fluorine element content in the soil. The fluorine element content in the soil was determined un?der planting and breeding integrated recycling model in Shuangliu county,Chengdu city. Method:The study was conducted on an area where the soil was a complex of rice field and oilseed rape field. Using grid method and GPS and MAPGIS position,47 and 31 sampling point was selected in treatment and control group,respectively. Each 5 soil samples from 0 to 20 cm plough layer were combined into one sample, which was collected from each sample point center using interior extrapolation method.Thereafter ,some soil sample was discarded using quartering method and 1.5 kg soil sample were collected. The sample was dried and filtered through metal gauze and fluorine element content was determined by using the fluoride ion selective electrode method.The variance analysis was performed by using the SPSS software. Result:The fluoride element content was significantly lower in treatment than that in control group with a 12.9% de?creasing amplitude,and the degree of variation was significantly higher in treatment than that in control group.Conclusion:The long-term biogas slurry irrigation and solid-state fermentation fertilizer application can effectively decrease the fluoride element content in the soil.
