| 摘 要： | 2015年1月,河南某地猪场60日龄仔猪出现腹泻、呼吸困难并伴有后肢端坐状咳嗽为主要特征的疾病。PCR检测PCV2和MH均为阳性,结合发病情况、临床症状和剖检变化,诊断为猪圆环病毒2型与猪支原体混合感染。

| Abstract: | In January 2015,some pigs in Henan province were affected with a disease characterized by diar?rhea,dyspnea,cough and sitting for hind legs.Procine circovirus and Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae were posi?tive for PCR detection.Combined with the epidemiology investigation,clinical symptoms and autopsy results, mixed infection of Procine circovirus and Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae was diagnosed. |
