摘    要:工业干燥微波设备对中小食品加工企业来说成本较高,采用小功率磁控管组合成微波干燥设备有经济实惠特点,通过小功率多点分散式微波生产线对普洱茶饼的连续生产实验,得出最佳生产工艺,分析失水状况和温度变化,功耗损失,从而得出有功耗低,生产效率高,产品质量较好的结论。

Abstract:Industrial microwave drying equipment is relatively expensive for medium and small-scale food processing enterprises. Small power magnetron is adopted to make up into a microwave drying equipment which has economical and practical characteristics. We can get optimum drying craft after continuous producing experiment. By analysis to the condition of losing water,temperature change and power consumption,we believe that its product has characteristics of low power consumption,high productivity and superior quality.
