三个小麦新品系抗白粉病基因分析

摘    要: 用4个具有不同毒力的小麦白粉菌生理小种,分别接种5个小麦品种(系)半双列杂交的F1、F2和BC1F1群体的幼苗离体叶段,初步鉴定出野二燕3号具有1对抗1号和11号小种的显性抗病基因;JYP-2具有2对独立的显性抗病基因,其中1对基因抗1、11和311号小种,另1对基因只抗1和11号小种;贵农21号具有2对显性抗病基因,其中1对抗311和313号小种,另1对只抗1和11号小种,这对基因与JYP-2具有的抗1和11号小种的基因是相同的。3个小麦新品系共鉴定出4对不同的抗病基因。本文还讨论了采用幼苗离体叶段接种,同一批单株接种2个以上小种,定单株编号,记载和统计的方法,在抗白粉病基因分析中的作用。

Abstract:The detached leaves of F1、F2 and BC1F1 seedlings of crosses involving five different resistance cultivars of wheat were inoculated with four races of Bluneria graminis f.sp. tritici collected from Guizhou.The results demonstrated that Yeeryan 3 had one dominant gene to races 1 and 11.JYP 2 had two independent dominant genes. One was resistant to races 1 and 11, the other was resistant to races 1, 11 and 311.Guinong 21 had two dominant resistance genes.One was resistant to races 1 and 11, and the other was resistant to races 311 and 313.One of the genes resistant to races 1 and 11 in Guinong 21 was identical to the resistance gene to races 1 and 11 in JYP 2.Therefore, the three cultivars contain four different resistance genes.The function of the following method in resistance gene analysis was also discussed. In this method, detached leaves of each seedling tested were numbered, inoculated and recorded separately.
