圆果黄麻茎中花青素的遗传研究

摘    要:对6个中国圆果种黄麻茎中花青素的遗传研究表明,其F2代群体有呈3:1,9:3:4,9:7或13:3的分离比率,此遗传现象可以用C-c,A^D-A^L-a和R-r的基因互作和复等位基因的作用解释。

Abstract:The inheritance of anthocyanidin Pigment in jute stem was investigated via 12 crosses from 6 Chinese landraces (C. capsularis, L.). The segregating ratio in F2 populations varies with the cross and may e3:1,9:3:4,9:7or13:3. The interaction of 3 genes, C-c, AD-AL-a and R-r, can explain the above result. C is a chromogen gene, essential to the appearance of color, A are known to be a series of multiple alleles, associated with the intensity and distribution of pigment, and R is an inhibitor or reducer for color appearance. Genes C and R are completely dominant over c and r, respectively. The dominance of AD over AL is not complete. The genotypes of anthocyanidin pigment in 6 jute variaties tested are ccaarr (Gaoxiong Green), ccALALrr (Xian-you Jute and Yong-an Jute), ccALALRR (Niu-shua-tiao), CCALALrr (Ping-he-zhu-gao Jute) and CCADADrr (Early red).
