| Abstract: | In this paper, a brief introduction of computational fluid dynamic (CFD) and some related soft-wares were introduced. Combing with some specific cases, the applications of CFD in the field of food processing and storage in recent years were summarized. Its advantages in the field of food were discussed, and the suggestions for further research were presented. |
