| 摘 要： | 介绍了聚乙烯包装工艺和生产线。将FVR-E11S系列富士变频器和美国A-B公司SLC500系列PLC应用在聚乙烯包装生产线上，可实现自动化定量包装码垛。同时，重点介绍了其控制系统的硬件配置和软件设计框图。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the craft of the polyethylene bagging and production line. FVR-E11S converter and Allen-Bradley(A-B) SLC500 PLC apply to the polyethylene packing production line, can realize quantitative bagging and palletizing automatic . Emphasis is given to the hardware disposition of control system and software system. |
