| 摘 要： | 从屠宰场获得牛的卵巢 ,成熟培养用 TCM1 99 犊牛血清 ;体外受精的精子获能处理 ,以 BO液作为基础液。 BO液 肝素钠为对照组 ,对照组中分别添加 Caffein、Theophelline和 Pentoxifylline3种黄嘌呤诱导体为试验组 ,每组分别处理相同的 3头种公牛冷冻精液。用醋酸 Orcein染色 1 h检查受精精况。结果表明 ,平均受精率试验组均高于对照组 ( P <0 .0 1 ) ;DAY8平均囊胚率 ,Caff、Theo、Pent组分别为 2 0 .4 %、1 9.3 %、2 1 .2 %。 3种黄嘌呤诱导体中以 Pentoxifylline的效果最好

| Abstract: | Cattle ovary was obtained from slaughter house. The ripe culture was conducted by using the TCM199 calf serum. and the blacket and oliphant(BO) liquid as basis liquid, BO liquid heparin sodium as control group. The caffein, theophelline and pentoxipylline(xanthine inductor) were supplemented separately in experimental groups. The results were as follows: fertilization rate of experimental groups was higher than that of control group. The average blastula rate in caff, theo, pent groups was 20.4%, 19.3%, 21.2%, respectively. |
