摘    要:以矮牡丹子叶作为外植体,研究了不同培养基和植物生长调节剂对其再生体系的影响。结果表明:1/2MS培养基有利于子叶不定芽的分化;在附加6-BA3.0mg·mL-1和NAA0.3mg·mL-1的1/2MS培养基上,每个外植体不定芽的分化率达5.22个;将再生芽转接到含有IBA1.5mg·mL-1和NAA0.5mg·mL-1的1/2MS生根培养基上,生根率达54.17%,生根数达3.12条。

Abstract:An experiment was conducted to study the effects of culture medium and plant growth regulators on shoot regeneration from cotyledon of dwarf peony (Paeonia suffruticosa Andr. var. spontanea Rehd.). Results show that 1/2MS medium is suitable for differentiation of adventitious buds. Shoot number reached 5.22 individuals per explant on MS medium supplemented with 3.0mg·L~(-1) 6-BA and 0.3mg·L~(-1) NAA. The rooting rate and root number reached 54.17% and 3.12 after transferred to 1/2MS medium with 1.5mg·L~(-1) IBA and 0.5mg·L~(-1) NAA.
