摘    要:为了提高圆筒筛的筛分性能,提出了一种新型的圆筒筛——螺旋钢丝圆筒筛。它是由钢丝条按一定螺旋方向和螺距缠绕而成,钢丝条之间的间隙成为筛孔。在结构上,螺旋钢丝圆筒筛既具有较高的开孔率,又具有波纹筛和沉孔筛的特点。与普通圆筒筛相比,被筛分的小物料落入筛孔的概率有了较大的提高,增加幅度在30%以上。对比试验结果表明,螺旋钢丝圆筒筛确能提高物料筛分的分离完全度,但物料的轴向平均速度有所下降

Abstract:A new type of cylinder which is called the spring wire cylinder, is invented to improve screening performance of cylindrical screen. It is very different from general cylinder in its construction and is made by twining steel wire with a fixed spiral pitch and direction. The gap between two wires becomes slits of the cylinder. The structure can not only increase the open area of the screen, but also guide material in screening process, and the probability of undersized material which falls into screen holes can have an increase of 30% or more. It is shown that sizing efficiency of the cylinder is higher than that of general cylinder and that axial average speed of material has certain decrease by experiments.
