羽衣甘蓝丛生芽诱导和植株再生研究

摘    要:以羽衣甘蓝的幼叶、茎尖和下胚轴为外植体,进行不定芽诱导试验,研究了不同外植体、激素浓度配比对其离体培养效果的影响。结果表明:不同外植体对不定芽诱导效果影响很大,其中茎尖出芽率最高,下胚轴次之,幼叶最差;以MS+6-BA2.5 mg/L+NAA0.l mg/L,诱导成苗率最高,芽苗健壮;芽在继代培养中,以MS+6-BA2.0 mg/L+IAA0.1 mg/L增殖率最高;在生根阶段,以1/2MS+IBA0.5 mg/L生根效果最好,生根率可达100%。

Abstract:Taking kale as the experimental materials,the young leaf,stem tip and hypocotyls as explants were cultured for the multiple shoot induction.Different explants and concentrations of hormone were involved.The result indicated that the optimum medium for the shoot induction was MS 6-BA(2.5) mg/L NAA 0.l mg/L and the differentiating rate was 78.8%;for proliferation was MS 6-BA 2.0 mg/L IAA 0.1 mg/L and for rooting was 1/2 MS IBA 0.5 mg/L and the rooting rate reached 100%.
