基于论文发表信息分析中国渔业科技竞争力——以中国水产科学研究院为例

摘    要:【研究目的】为科研工作者提供新的启示与思路,并为科研究管理人员在制订科技政策时提供借鉴。【方法】以中国科技信息研究所提供科技论文数据信息为依据,以中国水产科学研究院为研究客体,通过对2005年中国水产科学研究院科技论文发表情况进行分析,试图从计量学角度对水产科技论文产出信息进行分类总结与归纳,探讨科技论文产出与科技竞争力的关系。【结果】中国水产科学研究院总体科技竞争力有一定潜力,在国内具有较强的科技竞争力,表现在国内核期刊论文数量排名列国内研究机构中第4位;与水产领域其他学科相比,渔业环境与生态、种质资源等学科竞争力较强。在国际方面,个别关键技术达到或接近国际先进水平,但总体看,国际科技竞争力较弱。【结论】在重视优势学科的同时,还应关注各学科的平衡发展,关注基础科技的发展。

Abstract:【OBJECTIVE】To provide a new idea on assessment of scientific production for researchers and a method reference for scientific management;【METHOD】Based on the data from Chinese S&T Information Institute, using Chinese Academy of Fisher Sciences CAFS) as the example, the academic articles produced by the researchers in CAFS were analyzed and summarized;【RESULTS】CAFS has domestic competitive advantage in scientific and technological research, especially in the fields of fisheries environment & ecology and fishery breeding resource, where the advantage is some outstanding. However, the international S & T competitive power is very weak. Only in one or two key technique, the level may reach or nearly get to the world advanced level; 【CONCLUSION】the balanced development of the whole scientific field in fisheries should be attached importance to, and the basic research in fishery science and technology should be cared.
