林下护育健参与红皮参根区土壤无机元素研究

摘    要:林下护育山参发展过程中,山参红皮现象是影响护育山参生产的主要障碍因素。本研究利用ICP法对15年生护育健康山参、红皮山参的根区土壤及对照土壤的表层和根层中的25种无机元素进行了测试分析。分析结果表明:不同土壤中均含有所测试的25种无机元素,但量上差异较大,以Al、Fe、Mg含量较高,Mn、Ti、Ba的含量次之;健康山参土壤与对照相比,根层土壤的多数无机元素含量比对照含量有减少,红皮人参表层土壤中的Al、Ba、Be、Cu、Li、Mg、Mn、Sb、Sr等元素与对照和健康人参表层相比差异达到显著水平,红皮人参根层土壤中的Ba、Be、Fe、Ni、Mn、Sr、Ti、V等元素与对照和健康人参根层土壤相比差异达屁著水平,其中病根土壤中Fe的含量显著低于健参土壤,Mn的含量显著高于健参土壤。

Abstract:In the development process of wild ginseng under forest, the phenomenon of red-skin ginseng is the major obstacle factors impacting the output of Forest wild ginseng. ICP method was used to test the 25 kinds of inorganic elements of surface and root layer soil of 15-year-old health wild ginseng, red-skin root of wild ginseng and control. The results showed that: all different soils contained 25 kinds of inorganic elements, but different in the quantity, the content of Al, Fe, Mg were higher, Mn, Ti, Ba were the second ; the soil of health wild ginseng compared with the control, the majority of the root layer soil inorganic content were reduced than that of the control. The content of Al, Ba, Be, Cu, Li, Mg, Mn, Sb, Sr in red-skin ginseng surface soil compared to that of the control and health ginseng to achieve a significant difference, Ba, Be, Fe, Ni, Mn, Sr, Ti, V in red ginseng root layer soil compared to the control and health ginseng to achieve a significant difference. The content of Fe in red-skin root layer soil was significantly lower than that of health ginseng soil, Mn content was significantly higher than health ginseng soil.
