| 摘 要： | 私募证券投资基金以其独有的优势越来越受到市场的关注,市场影响力也越来越大,但由于其法律地位尚未明确,在发展过程中面临着困局,本文对目前私募证券投资基金存在的问题进行了分析,并对私募证券投资基金的规范发展提出了相关建议。
