| 摘 要： | 辽阳市水资源管理信息系统是基于GIS平台的综合型管理信息系统。系统的开发以ArcGIS ENGINE为GIS平台,SQL Server作为数据库管理平台,实现了对水资源空间数据及属性数据的交互管理。系统以水资源管理部门的日常工作为基础,建立了对取水许可、取水计量、水资源费征收及各项水资源数据的综合管理体系。

| Abstract: | Liaoyang water resources management information system is an integrated management information system based on GIS.For its development,ArcGIS ENGINE is used as GIS platform and SQL Server is used as the database management platform,and interactive management of spatial data and property data of water resources is realized.The system is based on the daily works of water administration,and an integrated management system was established for water Abstraction licensing,water Abstraction measuring,water resources fees collection and all kinds of water resources data. |
