地塞米松对兔肝脏组织形态结构的影响

对健康日本大耳白兔注射不同剂量的地塞米松,通过制作肝脏组织切片,观察肝脏组织变化,探讨不同剂量地塞米松长时间运用于机体对肝脏组织的影响。25只健康日本大耳白兔随机分成5组,每天分别皮下注射不同剂量的地塞米松,于第21天后,处死试验兔,制作肝脏组织切片并进行观察。结果显示,基础剂量组肝细胞结构清晰,无变形与坏死;2倍剂量组肝脏组织出现不同程度的肝细胞空泡样变性,红细胞大量沉积;4倍及最大剂量组肝脏组织发生了严重病理变化。

Effects of Dexamethasone on Hepatic Histomorphology in Rabbits

With the development of animal clinical medicines,dexamethasone is more important in clinical application.
