不同剂量保活剂处理种子的保活效果试验

种子保活剂对于解决种子积压(延长种子寿命)问题，具有重要的应用价值．为了进一步明确湖南农业大学植物病理系研制的保活剂的作用，对水稻、辣椒、茄子、南瓜、丝瓜、苦瓜、西瓜、四季豆、黄豆、玉米等作物种子进行了不同剂量保活剂处理效果试验，结果表明：1)保活剂对试验种子的带菌量和发芽率较清水对照差异显著；2)不同剂量保活剂处理种子发芽率差异不明显，而对种子带菌量影响显著；3)该保活剂处理种子推荐剂量为每千克种子80mL。

Effects of Different Dose Baohuoji on the Seeds Vigor

The experiments of different dose Baohuoji (a new kind of seed coating pharmaceutical) on the vigor of the seeds of rice,pepper,eggplant,pumpkin,towel gourd,balsam pear,watermelon,kidney bean,soybean and corn were carried out,with water spraying used as the control (CK).The results show:1) Comparing with CK,the ratio of germination and microbe of the treated seeds have a significant difference;2) There is no obvious variation between the ratio of germination of the seeds treated with different dose Baohouji,but an obvious effect on the microbe living on the seeds.3) 80 mL Baohuoji per kilogram seeds was recommended to extend the seed vigor.
