海岛棉纤维含糖量的遗传和亲子相关

摘    要:对按5*4不完全双列杂交得到的20个海岛棉组合的F1、F2、F3家系、回交一代及亲本进行了分析。结果表明:(1)海岛棉纤维糖量是一数量性状,F1纤维含糖量具有明显的负向优势,所有组合表现超低亲遗传;F2表现为连续变异的特点,并普遍存在着超低亲遗传,其狭义遗传力均值为38.42%。

Abstract:The analysis of the sugar contents in fiber of twenty cross combinations on parents, F1, F2 and F3 family and first backcross generation from 5×4 incomplete diallel cross on Island Cotton show that: (1) The sugar content in Island Cotton fiber is a quantitative character, the F1 fiber suger content showed significantly negative hybrid vigor, and super-low parental genetics, the F2 fiber sugar content displayed a continuous variation characteristic and super-low parent heredity also, the F2 narrow-sense herit ability averages was 38.42%.(2) The closest relation was existed among the mediumparental value, high-parental value and the F1, F2.(3) The super-low parental heredity of fers a select able genetic basis for breeding the low sugar content specieses, the fiber sugar content of hybrid progeny could be effectively decreased through selecting the medium parental, high parental value and the progeny.Early generation selection was effective.
