| 摘 要： | 通过沈阳地区栽培唐菖蒲的病毒病症状类型调速查，以及对病毒毒原的生物学测定、电镜观察、对流免疫电泳测定和间接酶联免疫吸附法测定，明确沈阳地区种植的唐菖蒲受黄瓜花叶病毒（ＣＭＶ）、菜豆黄花叶病毒（ＢＹＭＶ）和烟草花叶病毒（ＴＭＶ）的浸染。阐明了染病寄主的症状与病毒毒原种类的相关性，在典型症状中，碎色症和斑驳症的植株多为受ＣＭＶ侵染造成，条斑症和皱叶症主要是由ＢＹＭＶ侵染引起。ＴＭＶ的含量较低，尚未单独引起寄主的典型症状。

| Abstract: | A survey was made to determine the incidence of virus diseases and symptoms on field-grown Gladiolus in Shenyang.The virus species were determined by inoculating the indicator hosts, the electronic microscope,counterimmunoelectrophoresis(CTEP)and the indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(IndELISA).Three kinds of virus were fand on Gladiolus in Shenyang. They were cucumber mosaic virus (CMV), bean yellow mosaic virus(BYMV)and tobacco mosaic virus (TMV). The relationship between the virus and the symptom was also made on the Gladiolus leaves.The break colour and the mottled symptoms were caused by infection of CMV, while the yellow stripe and the wrinkle leaf symptoms were mainly caused by infection of BYMV. The content of TMV was too low to bring about any special damage. |
