基于PMAC的五轴数控铣床系统设计

摘    要:为解决自由曲面精加工的难题,通过改进一台普通立铣床构建了五轴数控加工机床,介绍了其机械系统的组成及控制原理,提出了基于IPC+PMAC的开放式数控系统硬件体系结构,采用Visual C++6.0开发了机床控制系统的软件平台,实现了部分控制功能。研究表明,五轴数控加工技术具有广泛的工程应用价值。

Abstract:To solve the problem on precision machining free surface,the five-axis CNC machine tool is designed by improving an ordinary milling tool.The structure and control theroy are introduced in this paper.Based on IPC+PMAC,the hardware archtecture of open NC system is presented.The control plant of system is developed by visual C++6.0,and equipped with partial function.It is shown that the application of five-axis CNC machining technology is of wide application value.
