| 摘 要： | 城市化是解决我国“三农”问题的有效手段,农村人口向城市流动和迁移,也是经济发展不可抗抿的规律。农村人口向城市流动能够使生产要素有效配置,能增加消费市场容量,可以改变就业结构偏差并填补职位空缺,还可以降低人力成本,对推动经济增长起着不可忽视的作用。

| Abstract: | Urbanization is an effective method of solving the "three-rural" problem in our country.Moreover,it's an inevitable rule for economic development that the rural people are increasingly flowing into the cities.The constant flow of population plays a nonnegligible role in economic growth by increasing the capacity of consuming market,improving the structure of employment,filling up job vacancies and reducing labor costs. |
