摘    要:通过在水田选用ROC22、R6048、粤糖83-88、粤糖86-368品种进行甘蔗温水脱毒健康种苗与常规种苗田间种植对比试验研究,结果表明:4个品种甘蔗温水脱毒健康种苗均具有显著的增产效果,新植甘蔗增产9.49~27.73t/hm2,增幅9.63%~36.45%;甘蔗含糖分增加0.16~0.54个百分点。可见,种植温水脱毒健康种苗是防治甘蔗宿根矮化病(RSD)最经济有效的措施,在生产上应加快推广应用,可显著提高甘蔗生产的经济效益,增加蔗农收入。

Demonstration Experiment of Hot Water Virus-free Sugarcane Seedling

Abstract:Sugarcane varieties of ROC22, R6048, Yuetang83-88 and Yuetang86-368 were used to test the different effect between hot water virus-free and conventional seedling as experimental materials. The results showed that the cane yield of hot water virus-free sugarcane seedling increased by 9.63%~36.45%, sugar content increased by 0.16%~0.54%, in comparison with that of conventional sugarcane seedlings.
