我国干旱地区城市实施集雨绿化工程的探讨

摘    要:我国西北黄土高原丘陵沟壑区、华北干旱缺水山丘区、西南旱山区等地,水资源贫乏,区域性、季节性干旱缺水问题严重。城市地下水超采严重,水位下降,地面下沉,急需将集雨工程引入城市。可首先引入城市的绿化工程中来,绿化地面应低于硬化地面,节水和绿化这两项公益事业有机地结合起来,使天然降雨这个潜力巨大的水资源得到有效的利用。

Abstract:In the hilly and valley land on the Loess Plateau of North Westen China, the hilly and arid areas of Nothern China and the arid mountainous erea of Sounth Western China, water scarcity and regional and seasonal drought are the overwhelming problems. In cities, this is even worse as the over-use of underground water and subsequently lowering of the water table cause ground depressions. So it is urgent to introduce the concept of water harvesting to install water-harvesting engineering into cities, which can begin with green space development projects. The green spaces should be made lower than paved spaces to use effectively the natural water resources. This water saving and green space development are combined, and rain is effectively used.
